No. Volunteers open your signup link on any phone, tap an open spot, and enter just their name and email. They get a confirmation with a calendar invite and a cancellation link — no passwords, ever.
Can I put the roster on our own website?
Yes — on the Team plan, every roster, signup sheet, and volunteer signup form has an embed code you paste into your site. It stays live as the roster changes, matches your colours, and works with Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and Google Sites.
Can I schedule a whole sports season on one link?

How do reminders work?
On the Pro and Team plans, everyone who is scheduled gets an automatic email reminder the evening before their date, in your organization’s timezone. Most no-shows are missing reminders, not flaky people.
Can I approve signups before they’re confirmed?
Yes — turn on approval mode and each claim holds its spot until you approve or decline it. You can also choose whether volunteer names appear on the public page (first name and last initial only).
