Yes. The free plan supports one admin, up to 20 people, 2 active rosters, and public signup sheets — enough for a small church to run a couple of ministry teams. The Pro plan is $5/month and adds the member portal, swap requests, and day-before reminders for up to 50 people.
Can I schedule multiple ministry teams like worship, kids, and greeters?
Yes. You can create a separate roster for each ministry team, with its own roles and schedule. All rosters share one member list, so you can see everywhere a volunteer is serving.
How do volunteers find out when they are scheduled?
Volunteers receive an email notification when they are added to a roster, and an automatic reminder the day before they serve. On the Pro plan they can also log in to a member portal to see all their upcoming dates and add them to their calendar.
What happens when a volunteer cannot make their Sunday?
They can submit a swap request from the member portal. Other volunteers on the team are notified and can accept the swap, and the roster updates automatically once it is approved.
Can I import my existing volunteer list?
